As one of the key units at NQU, the Personnel Office provides full personnel and human resource services to all of the university’s academic units and departments. These services include guidance regarding human resource planning, recruitment and selection, conditions of employment, employee development, performance and reward management, employee relations, employment law compliance, as well as advice about operations, procedure, policy development and staff related strategic matters.
