The Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering fosters talents with innovative information-engineering abilities. The Department offers a bachelor’s and a continuing education degree programs. The curriculum allows students to obtain a broad knowledge of computer science and the freedom to tailor their study according to their individual needs. Our courses focus on digital logics, the reasoning ability of data analysis, program design, information networks, multimedia and gaming software design, smart computing and embedded systems. In light of Kinmen’s special geographic location, our students are trained to equip with local and cross-strait knowledge. We also expect our students to prioritize the local needs with global visions.
