Department of Food Science
The Department of Food Science aims to train the future leaders in the food industry. The Department is also equipped with laboratories for our students to experience the cutting-edge technologies and experiment with their ideas. We also encourage our students to pass the national certification exams and become qualified food technicians. With the professional knowledge, our students can excel in food processing, manufacturing, analysis, testing, production and management tasks easily. Our students are also capable of working in domestic and foreign research institutes and conduct research on food, chemistry, nutrition, biotechnology or other related fields.
