The Secretariat Office encompasses a broad range of services from calling meetings, public relations, alumni liaison, organizing anniversary ceremony, and receiving dignitaries. Our responsibilities include general administration and coordinating major events of all NQU administrative as well as academic units.
Under the direction of the President, the Secretariat Office is critically engaged in enhancing administrative efficiency as well as executing internal audit plans. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, the Office is responsible for establishing medium and long term development plans to ensure a solid groundwork for NQU’s future path.
